Our working agreements are written to be understood, not to impress with legal density. They set out what we will do, what we will not do, what you will receive, and what remains confidential.

Intentionally limited capacity

We do not scale beyond what allows each client to receive proper attention. If we are at capacity when you enquire, we will tell you honestly and discuss whether waiting makes sense.

Bilingual capability where it matters

While our work is conducted primarily in English, we can accommodate Thai-language elements of an engagement and can provide Thai-language written summaries of key findings where helpful.
